HyperDonkey.com, LLC offers a return policy for most products purchased through the www.HyperDonkey.com website. Under the policy you may return, within the applicable return policy period, products purchased directly from HyperDonkey.com, LLC for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and applicable restocking fees.
Hardware, Software & Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with HyperDonkey.com, LLC or except as provided in the section below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and software that is unopened and still in its original sealed packaging or, if delivered electronically, that has not been downloaded, may be returned within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the original order for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and applicable restocking fees.
Exceptions: Application software and/or operating systems installed on computer systems by HyperDonkey.com, LLC may not be returned unless the entire computer system is returned under the return policy, if applicable to your purchase. If not applicable to your purchase, you may not return application software or operating systems. Enterprise software, non-HyperDonkey.com, LLC products, software, and/or software licenses purchased under any type of volume purchase agreement or any customized hardware and/or software product(s) may not be returned at any time.
Restocking Fee: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a HyperDonkey.com, LLC error, a restocking fee of 20% may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts, and unopened software still in its original sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded if the software is delivered electronically.
Returns: Prior to returning any product, you must contact HyperDonkey.com, LLC customer service and receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization number within the return policy period. You must ship the products to HyperDonkey.com, LLC within seven (7) days of the date the Returned Merchandise Authorization number was issued. At our sole discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts or concessions. All products must be returned in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation or accessories that were included in the original shipment. Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during transit. Upon receipt of the complete returned merchandise, HyperDonkey.com, LLC will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
Note: Before you return any products to us, please remember to backup all personal data on the hard drive(s) and/or any other storage device(s) and remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information, and removable media, such as floppy disks, CD or PC cards. HyperDonkey.com, LLC is not responsible for the loss or replacement of your confidential, proprietary or personal information, lost or corrupted data, or damaged or lost removable media.
